At Astor, we enjoy celebrating holidays by doing themed activities together. On the last Friday of Term 3, we had an Easter Celebration. The children got to do four Easter activities:
1. crafted Easter Bunny headbands
2. painted Easter eggs
3. made Easter baskets
4. baked Easter cookies
When the children came back from morning play, they could not believe the mess in the hallway. The Easter Bunny had been there and left his footprints all around! The children had to hunt through the school and find the hidden plastic Easter Eggs, which were then swapped for a little chocolate egg treat. The children had an amazing day full of EASTER fun!
